Tareq Fayyad
Tareq leads the venture’s front end: identifying meaningful opportunities, reframing complex challenges, connecting ideas across sectors, and developing the strategic logic that gives a product purpose.
His role is not limited to generating ideas. He shapes the problem definition, venture proposition, stakeholder narrative, and long-term direction so that execution begins from a coherent and defensible foundation.
Khaled Bushnaq
Khaled leads the conversion of venture logic into a working product. He connects product strategy, user experience, technical architecture, engineering, quality, and deployment into a controlled delivery system.
His focus is to make ideas tangible without losing their strategic intent: defining what should be built, how users should experience it, what technology should support it, and how it can evolve after launch.

The founders operate as one venture leadership system. Strategic intent is present during product decisions, and implementation reality is present during concept development. This prevents the common gap between an impressive idea and a product people can actually use.
